Alex Sergeant

With a bachelor's and master's degree in special education, Alexandra Sergeant is an experienced professional who dedicated many years to supporting individuals with disabilities. Alexandra worked within special education classes under the NSW Department of Education, in both Sydney and the Central Coast. Throughout her career, she has been known for her caring, nurturing, and supportive approach, creating an environment where every student can thrive, regardless of their disability or behavioural challenges. In addition to her passion for education, Alexandra has a deep love for sports and adventure, which she often integrates into her professional and personal life. These passions allow her to connect with individuals on a unique level, creating engaging and enjoyable learning experiences. Alexandra has transitioned into her role as a Behaviour Support Practitioner with Neurodivergent Solutions, where she works within the NDIS framework to provide behavioural support and intervention for individuals living with disability. With her extensive experience, Alexandra is committed to applying her knowledge to create positive, lasting changes in the lives of the individuals she supports. Alexandra supports individuals and their families with warmth, understanding, and an open mind.

Rebecca Moore

Rebecca is a dedicated Behaviour Practitioner with over 25 years of experience in education, community services, disability services, and trauma recovery. She takes a strength-based, solution-focused approach, combining behavioural science, effective communication, and supportive coaching to create meaningful change. Rebecca works closely with the individual, their families and support network to implement practical skills and strategies designed to develop regulation and improve behaviour. Rebecca applies a fun and interactive approach to her work, tailored to the individual’s strengths and interests. Through this approach, Rebecca can build a trusting therapeutic relationship which supports personal growth and development.

Ann Beaumont

Ann is a passionate and experienced NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner with over 30 years of experience across child protection, community services, disability services, and education. She brings a practical, pragmatic, and relational approach to her work, ensuring participants, their families, and support networks are meaningfully engaged throughout the behaviour support process. Her practice is grounded in evidence-based and best-practice frameworks, with a strong commitment to person-centred values that recognise and respond to each individual's unique needs, strengths, and preferences. Ann is dedicated to promoting positive outcomes and improving quality of life for NDIS participants through collaborative, ethical, and tailored support.

Jessica Nichols

Jessica holds a Bachelor of Psychological Science and has over eight years of experience working with children, young people, and families from diverse backgrounds across the child protection and disability sectors. Jessica brings a passion for building genuine relationships with the individuals and families she supports. Empowering carers with practical strategies and tools to feel more confident in supporting their child or family member. She values understanding each person beyond their behaviours, taking time to connect through their individual interests, strengths, and personality to build trust, engagement, and positive outcomes. Jessica enjoys taking a creative and flexible approach to her work and values bringing fun and humour into sessions wherever possible. She believes meaningful connection is at the centre of effective support and aims to create environments where participants feel safe, understood, and comfortable being themselves.

Colby Allen

Colby is a Behaviour Support Practitioner based on the NSW Central Coast, drawing on a broad background in youth work, therapeutic support, community development, and case management. His practice is person-centred, trauma-informed, and strongly evidence-based, and is always tailored to the unique needs of the people he supports. Colby’s professional focus is on assisting individuals with complex mental health needs, including schizophrenia, ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, anxiety, and depression. He is experienced in behaviour analysis, crisis prevention, and skill-building, and works collaboratively with families, carers, and allied health professionals to support positive outcomes. Colby is known for his humble, compassionate, and flexible approach. He brings maturity, self-awareness, and a calming presence to every interaction, supporting clients through challenges with patience and empathy. His aim is to create a safe, trusting environment where individuals feel empowered to build skills, increase independence, and enhance their quality of life. Throughout his career, Colby has remained deeply passionate about the disability and mental health sectors, and is committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of the people he supports.
